Return and Exchange Policy

Noble Jewel will accept returns on the following terms:

  1. To complete the customer’s return, Noble Jewel require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Incorrect, damaged or faulty (because of a manufacturing defect) product: Notify Noble Jewel within 5 (five) working days of receipt of the product.
    1. Noble Jewel will (where possible) exchange the product for the correct one upon receipt of the returned product.
    2. Noble Jewel will check all returns before the refund or exchange is issued.
    3. Noble Jewel will refund the full purchase price.
    4. A 30% handling charge will be issued for goods not being returned with the ‘original’ packaging.
  3. Exchange (incorrect ring size or colour ordered)
    1. Notify Noble Jewel within 5 (five) working days of receipt of the product.
    2. Noble Jewel will exchange the product for the correct one upon receipt of the returned product.
    3. Noble Jewel will check all returns before the refund or exchange is issued.
    4. A 30% handling charge will be issued for goods not being returned with their ‘original’ packaging.
    5. The customer will be liable, in terms of section 44(2) of the ECT Act, for the direct costs of returning the products, such as courier and/or shipping charges.
  4. Cancellation of order:
    1. In terms of section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 o’2002 (“ECT Act”), The customer are entitled to cancel, without reason and without penalty, The customer’s order. In such an event notify Noble Jewel within 5 (five) working days of receipt of the products.
    2. The customer undertake not to utilize the products.
    3. The original box with the original packaging is not opened or damaged. Noble Jewel will check all returns before the refund is issued.
    4. A 30% handling charge will be issued for goods not being returned with their ‘original’ packaging.
    5. The customer will be liable, in terms of section 44(2) of the ECT Act, for the direct costs of returning the products, such as courier and/or shipping charges.
    6. The customer will receive a full refund of the purchase price within 30 (thirty) days of the date of the customer’s cancellation of the order.
    7. If The customer cancel their order later than 5 (five) days of receipt of the products, the customer will nevertheless be bound to pay the full purchase price, including all costs incurred by Noble Jewel relating to the recovery thereof. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies in law, Noble Jewel reserves the right to cancel forthwith any sale and/or the customer’s registration in the event of their breach of any of these Terms.

Refunds: (when applicable):

  1. Customized ring and or rings that have engraving on them cannot be returned or refunded.
  2. Once a returned ring is received and inspected, Noble Jewel will send the customer an email to notify them of receipt of the returned item. At this point Noble Jewel will also notify the customer of the approval or rejection of their refund.
  3. If the customers’ return is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer’s credit card or original method of payment, within 30 (thirty) days or 1 calendar month.

Shipping:

  1. All Shipping costs are non-refundable
